Thank you for your interest in accommodation at the University of Bath. This is the Accommodation Portal where you will register and make your accommodation application. Please ensure you have accepted the University of Bath as your firm choice of university (Undergraduate applicants can do this via UCAS), before you submit an accommodation application. Register
You have already been authenticated. but you will now need to confirm your password and provide us with a valid email address that you will be regularly checking between now and October.
To register for online access, please enter your username and password at the bottom of the page. The University has already supplied you with a username and password. Please check any offer correspondence you have been sent to find your username and password, as you will need these to register for accommodation via this accommodation portal.

Once you have registered, please allow up to 30 minutes for your registration to be completed before you proceed to make your application.
Making your application
Once registered, you can then click on ‘Applications & Contracts’ to make your accommodation application.
Rooms are not allocated on a first come, first served basis. Priority is not given to the date and time of your application.
The deadline for submitting your accommodation application is 1st July 2025. Applications submitted after this date are not guaranteed to receive an accommodation allocation.

Data Protection
The information you provide by registering and submitting an application for accommodation may be used to send you information about your room allocation, including a contract of accommodation. We may also send you communications related to accommodation such as payments information, residential induction and arrival. We may also ask for your opinion through surveys, and we will use your responses to improve our service in the future. Students who are assigned a place in catered accommodation may receive information on our Eat and Drink arrangements. We will keep all your information secure.
We will not give your information to any third parties apart from those applicants who are assigned a place with Host Students and This is Fresh managed properties. As these buildings are privately managed by Host Students and This is Fresh, they will liaise with you on matters relating to their accommodation. Host Students and This is Fresh may also share resident’s data with University of Bath staff and vice versa should the need arise for welfare, support or security purposes.
