Please ensure you have accepted the University of Bath as your firm choice of university (Undergraduate applicants can do this via UCAS) and ensure that you provide a valid email address that you will be checking between now and October. Please do not use a school email address as you will be unable to access this once you have left and may miss important information.
Once you’ve completed the registration form, please allow up to 30 minutes for your registration to be completed.
You can then click on ‘Applications & Contracts’ to make your application.
Undergraduate rooms are not allocated on a first come, first served basis. Priority is not given to the date and time of your application.
The guarantee deadline for applications is 1st July.
For postgraduate students this is providing your course offer status is unconditional firm by 31st August.

Data Protection Information
Thank you for your interest in accommodation at the University of Bath. The information you provide by registering and submitting an application for accommodation may be used to send you information about your room allocation, including a contract of accommodation. We may also send you communications related to accommodation such as payments information, residential induction, and arrival. We may also ask for your opinion through surveys, and we will use your responses to improve our service in the future. Students who are assigned a place in Eat and Drink accommodation may receive information on our special offers and promotions. Near to arrival we will invite you to join your Unibuddy community along with other residents, this will be used introduce to you to your new household and to keep you informed of activities and events.
We will not give your information to any third parties apart from those applicants who are assigned a place with CRM, Hello Student or Host managed properties. This includes Aquila Court, Widcombe Wharf, The Exchange, Radway House and Centurion House. As these buildings are privately managed, they will need your details to send you a contract of accommodation and liaise with you on matters relating to their accommodation. CRM, Hello Student and Host may also share residents' data with University of Bath staff and vice versa should the need arise for welfare, support or security purposes.
